The 10th anniversary symposium for Japan Institute for National Fundamentals (JINF) was held on 17 May 2018 at the IINO Hall in Tokyo Uchisaiwai-cho. The symposium titled “New Global Challenges and Japan” invited French historian and demographer Emmanuel Todd as a keynote speaker. Todd also had a discussion with JINF President Yoshiko Sakurai and Vice President Tadae Takubo after his keynote speech on the stage. And LDP President Shinzo Abe celebrated the JINF 10th anniversary in the reception held after the symposium.
