Japanese former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe delivered a speech at a joint seminar organized by Japan Institute for National Fundamentals (JINF) and Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) in New Delhi on September 20, 2011.
During the speech he proposed to strengthen the cooperation between the Japanese and Indian navies through bilateral exercises and mutual visits to respective military bases.
